Journey to Ghana
Below is the Lovely family that opened their home to me, THE YAMOAH FAMILY. They treated me as though I was a family member, with open arms and lots of love. Today I am considered part of the family!!!
Enslaved Africans were a valuable commodity in the Americas and elsewhere, and slaves became the main trade in Cape Coast. Here are three of photos I took, the "Cape Coast Castle", "Male Slave Dungeon" and "Slave exit to the waiting boats", consider the point of no return! This was a very heavy place to visit but it was necessary for my healing!! The dungeons that could hold as many as a thousand slaves awaiting export. Again, this was very difficult for me, I could feel the presence the spirits! I have hundreds of photos, I will share more later
